i personally wanted to respond but after having recently successfully completed my sensitivity training, did not want to comment since i have little positive to say. but since you have decided your feelings can accept my comments (if not press next now):

win ce + isp on the road:

most would rather pick up the phone. can you imagine having to take out and setup all your equipment, just to make a call? not a chance. pick up the phone and dial. by the time you call, i will have closed the deal.

Windows CE terrain

the idea of these devices is to be thin and easy. now with headphones, flahcard, and before you know it, i would rather just purchase a micro-laptop.

I think a "killer app" for Net-2-Phone would be a CE version...

first people need to accept using the ce device to read email en mass, before voice will ever occur.

care to dance?

I think the market for incorporating Internet access with cellular via a PDA is great. The key item is I want one device to be a beeper, pda, and telephone with the capability to use the internet for telephony if I want.

To do all these things successfully it will need joint development efforts ex Motorola,Cisco,PDA mfg, and Net2phone. IDT Corp must do these joint developments in order to make sure they incorporate their technology into future standards and integrated products.

Partnering with the right people is essential since they can't do this stuff on their own or dictate huge amounts of dollars to these types of efforts that won't pay off for a few years.
