Hi Suzanne - what is your opinion regarding the # of shares registered for the PP and whether this represents a CAP ? This was mentioned in a Dave Gore post detailing his conversation with Rob Gordon.

Message 9965626

I called Paul Henry about this yesterday and he referred me to the SEC documents. Even after reading the SEC documents - I am unable to come to a conclusion about this issue. Suzanne, your opinion would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks.

By the way, Paul Henry was very enthused about Lifetime Learning. I also asked him for a single POC for customer service issues. He said I need to call him back on that because there had been a recent realignment of positions.

Regards,

Phil

Referring back to Suzanne's post of Wednesday, I now see the shares this way:

15M Bernie Deutsch family and friends
14M Rob Gordon
16M Threadlice (that's what Sam LBI calls us)
15M Private Placement
---
60M Subtotal

vs.

95M per Transfer Agent

Based on these #, there is 35M unaccounted for. How can we assume now that the PP holders are the ones dumping???

TIA,
Phxphenom
