Investors may wish to look at other Swartz equity deals. They are unique financing deals which involves selling shares into the marketplace. It may be a benefit to the company, but what will be the effect of this dilution?

Matt Davis. So whats your opinion? I thought they already had the website, just needed upgraded?

Anyone in Milwaukeee area... Is this truly a viable company? Or is this a stab at nothing?
