I understand now. It appears that in the newspaper article yesterday, that we should have news on that next week.

My quess on the equity funding is that it is Senior Subordinated debt with a new class of stock, and or related to common or convertible INTO common.

Senior Debt, if structured under my thinking, usually has a hold peiord between 2 and 6 years. IMO

This is what the funding is for, I think is we all stick with this one another 6 months or so will be very happy with the multiple returns. FAO Schwartz is huge.
