CA$H New property motel sits on has some acreage they plan to put residential property and a Real Estate Office on. It is in back of the motel. Forgot the number of acres. Not a lot though. May be easier for them to get financing on something of less magnitude than the timeshare project, and thus form a springboard. JMHO Go WACC!
