I post for your information. Dear Investor, The following information will answer questions most recently asked by our investors. Financials: Our accountants are in the process of completing the preliminary financials of the company. As previously stated, we intend to report these financials on or about June 30, 1999. As for the exact quarter ending date and fiscal year, PABN's fiscal year was based on a calender year ending December 31. PRWT was on a fiscal year ending January 31. The final determination as to which fiscal year PABN will follow, has not yet been decided. The decision as to which fiscal year we will select will be announced after the preliminary financials are reported. Digibill: Digibill is in the final stages of development. The exact launch date of the product will be announced concurrent with the release of our press kit and the completion of Beta testing, which should be within the next ninety days.
