By that I mean something meaningful, not this rumor/expectation/trial-period stuff.>> The co is still here. The stock is still around 20$. The deal with tv guide will be announced shortly. Every comment from BOTH sides indicates the deal is imminent. <<Are you sure you're not thinking of some other stock here? One thing SRCM has definitely done faithfully is record and report their lack of revenues and massive per-share losses.>> Poor kev. Go back to last July when pluvia started his short bombardment. He claimed that SRCM's auditors would resign and SRCM would be forced to restate their financials for 4th qtr 97 and 1st qtr 98. So I guess he was wrong, as usual.
