The deal with tv guide will be announced shortly. Until it is, it's not "something happening". Every comment from BOTH sides indicates the deal is imminent. Every comment would have led you to believe the deal would be closed by now. There must be SOMETHING in the way, but what? BTW, I've gone over Pluvia's posts on this board from July and can find nothing about predictions of auditors resigning or earnings (what earnings!?) restated. I did find a lot of predictions of SRCM being bought out for $30++ a share... whatever did happen to that, anyway?
