I'm keeping my COGN and if the price retreats on this news, buying more. Customers in this market consider service and source support fundamentally important in their purchase decisions. That is why COGN has been the market leader, not just price but reliance on the product. The other vendors will only loose out if they give their product away. I suppose that you could consider that COGN will also loose some potential customers too, but in my analysis, these would most likely be customers of Seagate anyway. And, as someone pointed out, customers who just purchased Seagate products will be hopping mad at their representatives when they learn that other customers got their product gratis; I know I would be.

Joe.
