Ian, I think you are right, but my problem is that to build a 12" facility (right now WFR has only a "pilot plant, as far as I know) will require, well according to Rose associates, $500 to $600 MM, which WFR is not generating from either profits or depreciation. May be VEBA will come to the rescue again. Of course, I am not sure how much credence to put in Rose's numbers since they quoted some $200 MM for a 100,000 wafer/month fab at 8").
