Ian, At approximately 30 minutes into their last earnings conference call, the CFO explicitly stated that AMAT has terminated its 300mm development program due to a lack of customer interest. They said they'd "back burnered" it, but that it could be revived at any time. That's what I remember. Tony

It's particularly interesting since Intel claims a full 300mm toolset is available, from somewhere. Katherine
