The key is "They have to know it" and "you have to prove" they not only knew it but are making libelous comments to deliberately impact your bottom line. I think. Otherwise its just a stupid untrue and unkind statement. wapner

Honey pie- 1. The truth is an ABSOLUTE defense to a claim of libel. 2. What I meant by the statement to Looney is obvious. She was inviting a nasty reply by publishing such drivel. 3. Finally, I invite you to show me a post made by me which threatens anyone with a lawsuit and which uses the word lawsuit as a threat. If you can't then I invite you to refrain from further demonstrations of your talent for displaying a lack of factual accuracy. JLA
