Robert, thanks for the information. Arcane Lore posted some time ago on how Swartz participated and structured financing for another company. This may be what we can expect here. Details which must be filed will confirm one way or another how the transaction is structured. Best of luck to all.

Grumps. You are correct on the information> What I find most interesting is that the newspaper article on the 9th from Milwaukee... I an interview with Porter, he exclaims that they should be having news next week ( week of the 14th) on the new website.

Also, I spoke with the pointgroup and they confirmed that the 10SB has been filed and it should be appaering on edgar soon.
