Name-calling, ranting? If your position is so solid, why are you posting like nervous school-girl?

What is your evidence of "fraud"? If Valence is a fraud, and you're so interested in protecting the small investor (as you posted), why don't you send a complaint to the SEC. Of course they'll want some proof, but I assume you must have some in view of your many many posts on the subject.

It seems that point 1, 2, and 3 are largely correct,
but are not unusual for a startup. From your
posts, it sounds like point 4 is cited mainly
for effect.

Does anybody know about the effect of competition
from LITH, ULBI, etc.? As a new person reading this
thread, I get the idea that if VLNC actually sells
some batteries, everything will be great. However,
other companies already sell polymer batteries etc.
without a big share price ... explanations?
