Who knows ... some are playing it from .025 to .03 for a half a penny ... the volume is inaccurate because of the double printing. Heck AREE was being played between .012 - .018 then the buying accumulated and held and it soared to .045 when the day traders quit getting the action they wwanted ...

I like this stock and the potential ... Now for those that do not take the time to research ... most of the time the SEC prefers any company to get fully reporting prior doing any stock structure changes such as a reverse split.

I have talked to most financial advisors including the SEC and this is more so than not. This way the company is not pulling a shame over investors or the SEC. The SEC want a company to get fully reporting then do what you have to do ...

The SEC hates to see a bunch of nonsense like a RS then filings being submitted. When companies decide to make filings the one thing they do not want to do is tick off the SEC. They have to comply. Now why is this ... a reverse split has to have a shareholder approval vote.

So as you can see I listen to the nays and based on what I know I accumulate because most of the internet is clueless and will say anything. I am loving it ... I will continue to accumulate ...

I invest on my DD ...
