Both Acer Semiconductor and Powerchip of Taiwan are switching their production from DRAM to foundry starting 3Q/99. Each company accounts for about 3% of global 64mb DRAM capacity. In other words, we are seeing a reduction 6% of global 64mb DRAM capacity. Wouldn't this help DRAM price to rebound?

How does -.10 sound? I will be away from the site, though dropping in now and again, for a few weeks. Moving time.
