Manny,

I think we are loosing the battle. Already 2.8M shares sold. I think
people are accepting the deal. This with the 2.1M those jokers hold is
nearly getting to be 50%. Adding to the fact the day is young and
we may get to 4M by the end of the day making the deal for them.

Any thoughts?

Ramesh

Manny:

I have been reading your posts for some time and respect your opinion. I have a few questions. It seems to me that the big volume today is giving a vote of confidence to the sale???
My way of protesting was to put my shares up for sale at 14.5. (This seemed to help my frustrations for some strange reason.) Why didn't level 2 show it? Could this large volume be ford buying shares and if so doesn't this put the small investor at a very big disadvantage? I now this is a lot of questions.

So pissed I can't see!!

Thanks in advance.
