How do they tell if someone is just getting a tan with their eyes closed or actually asleep? I suppose they have the sleep patrol that drives around in jeeps asking people if they are asleep or not. I think not. Actually, PC, this is how it works. They send out the sleep patrol to look for folks who are out at NIGHT trying to get a tan with their eyes closed. They immediately assume that these folks are just trying to sneak in a quick nap and are not really tanning. They immediately arrest those sons-of-beaches and force them to go to George Hamilton's School for Remedial Tanning. Just trying to be helpful. SB
