Isn't ET&T a private company?

Tom is excited about BETT's future and he is investing where he thinks he will get the highest return, just like the rest of us do.
The ET&T's purchase of up to 2,000,000 will not affect eConnect's balance sheet. No money will be taken out of eConnect's cash to buy these shares. The transaction would be the same as if one of us was able to buy that many shares. The only difference is that ET&T is a major shareholder of BETT and, as such, Tom decided to put out a press release of his intentions.
Very good move. We will all be happy after Monday.
Go Tom!! Go BETT!! Scoobey

Hi Jorj.

Toms not the one buying, the company is. Naturally you want to buy the
stock back while it is cheap. Remove it from the market. What he will be
doing is buying up all that cheap stock that is out there. Create a new
floor. A floor of 50 or better. Not .09 or better. Smart move. Better
then a reverse split. This will look very good for the NASDQ listing.
