Clarence,

I have a bundled VS ver 3. My copy still allows free DAT updates. I also believe NETA makes these available to anyone, regardless of version. I will admit that before the bundle, when a real nasty came along, I used to DL the VS free demo, scan the PC and then delete the demo.

I had at least four e mails come with happy99.exe a few months back. Fortunately it wasn't too hard to flag them.

Alan

Re: Viruses and the ability to reverse their effects.....have you or anyone else yet used the new program "Go Back"? Evidently you can literally turn back the clock to before the virus infected your system, or deleted a file, changed your settings, etc. Any comments?

TIA,
