As far as synchronizing our data to SalesLogix, that is where we are having our biggest problem. Secondly, the fields needed a major overhaul. I think that is a function of the fact that the SalesLogix sales rep did not determine the needs of my company. All of the people using this (about 20 of us all over the Country) are not remembering to sync up at the end of the day. We were told to do that at least twice per day, so a great deal of daily data has been lost. We still have a very long way to go, before I will recommend this to anyone. We need more support. We just got manuals a week ago and we have had this since March. We are still not utilizing SalesLogix. It is still not effective for us. It has taken a back seat to the Web Project on which I am working. I see this not being fully implemented until fall, now to my dismay.
