SalesLogix is an orderly sort of company. It makes sales automation and customer service software designed primarily for midsized companies. The company's flagship software (SalesLogix) is used by sales professionals to manage and share information about contacts, accounts, and orders. Customer service call centers use SupportLogix to track customer contacts including problem and resolution information. SalesLogix's more than 1,100 customers include technology (Hewlett-Packard), financial services (Paine Webber Group), retail (Tiffany & Co.), telecommunications (MCI WorldCom), and real estate (Del Webb) companies. Investors include Goldman Sachs, Sierra Ventures, and Sigma Partners.
