Stinks, doesnt it? Here in So Cal the city governments throw billions and billions of our tax dollars around in "corporate welfare". Then they increase the charge for sewer, water, etc etc and claim those services cost more. Guess why? Freeus sure its ot but who wants to talk about the market, it stinks too. Buy and hold definitely does not make sense anymore...from now on if I ever have profits again I'll take them...taxes or no: had I sold most of my stuff in April I could pay the taxes and buy 150% of everything I had with the money in today's prices. Sigh :o(
