Hi Jim, If you peak at a 3 year chart of ADCT you'll find there are significant break-downs in the share price periodically. I don't know if they coincide with insider activity or not. I tend to sell into strength and buy weakness with ADCT and have managed to be in the same general range of buying and selling that the insiders use. Not that it's planned that way, but it's worked out. My motto's: BUY FROM THE SCARED, SELL TO THE GREEDY! Best regards, Tom
