From Florida corporation records, here is a list of corporations the
Stackpoles (Ed - CYSI pres, Itir - CYSI V.P, Oguz - shareholder) have
been involved in during the recent past ...
1. Budget-Calls (FL active)
2. Call & Win (FL Inactive) (Radio call in and win program/company ???)
3. Call & Win Phone Cards (IL inactive) (Company #2 so succussful (LOL)
they francise the idea off to Illinois for phone cards
4. Weather & Satellite Transfer (FL active)
5. Dotel (FL inactive)
Now I can find very little information on any of these corporations,
especially Budget-Calls, which is still active?
So the Stackpoles are asking CYSI shareholders to make a leap of
faith (nonreporting to SEC) that the 2 current employees Ed and Itir,
plus their recent announcement of Dowell Stackpole to Board of
Directors (PR claims Dowell has 20 years of computer programming /
phone communications experience) are qualified based on their past
history to suddenly start up an international VoIP company. They
claim their customers are Fortune 500 companies willing to pay them
millions of dollars (supposedly already coming in) to set up Fiber
Optic networks in Europe and Asia and install the necessary hardware
to handle all the VoIP traffic between these countries and N.Y. and
Miami.
I am asking ...
1. Where is their experience in setting up Fiber Optic networks (see
AFCI/IFCI etc for manpower and experience necessary)?
2. Where is their experience in international business to handle all
the legal aspects of what they are doing?
3. What are the names of these 22 cities in Europe with which they
supposedly already have contracts?
4. What are the names of these 5 cities in Asia with which they
supposedly already have contracts?
5. What are the names of the Fortune 500 companies for whom they are
claiming to be setting up these fiber optic networks for VoIP?
6. Why would a Fortune 500 company risk millions of dollars for
Cyberfast, which has no obvious past record of doing what they
are claiming to be able to do?
7. Why are Fortune 500 companies using Cyberfast for their VoIP
networks, when companies such as IDTC already perform this service?
8. Why can I find no public record of Cyberfast's phone number in FL?
(If we can't call them, how can their customers?)
9. Why did Cyberfast use KADING company (based in Tortola, British
Virgin Islands) to perform the reverse merger with Smartfit
allowing Cyberfast to go public?
These are just some of the many questions that need to be answered
before one should feel comfortable with their CYSI investment.
