Re ownership totals- Thanks Michael, "Telcordia Technologies IS Bellcore". After posting I thought their just over 5% ownership seemed uncanningly close to Bellcore's 1.5 million shares. The tally still appears to put a comfortably high percentage in hands that would be unlikely to sell anywhere near low double digits when they have patiently waited all this time.
