I've been following this company for a long time.

This was the first company I invested in solely on the merits of the management. It was an experiment. I did manage to come out quite good on this investment, selling over half my investment after it had gone up six fold. I even made some money on the remaining portion.

The lesson here is to take note of the names of the managers. File them away and remember USDI when they start another company up. I'm not accusing anyone of anything as this was a high risk start up venture. However, you want to keep this experience in mind when the same managers want to sell you shares. What did they learn from their experience? What steps will they take to avoid the lack of sales we saw from the very beginning?

Other questions may occur to you as you think about this entire experience.

Regards,

Jack
