Anthony, I have been thinking for the past few days about your feelings about the Nasdaq. And I must say, I strongly concur with you. I have never seen such a criminal organization in my life. They know full well about the manipulation of stocks in the market, and they sponsor it. The Nasdaq market is about the filthiest thing I think I have ever seen. The volatity has been a nice party for all who understand it and can work with it, but the manipulation that causes this volatility is no more legal than beating an old lady over the head and taking her purse in my opinion. So the question is, what can be done?? How can such an organization be dissolved when it is obviously in compliance with SEC regulations?? Or is it?? And if the SEC hasn't done it, who possibly could?? It sure is a big one huh?? Who could fix this mess? This is really an out-of-control situation, and it will eventually lead to an enourmous crash, just like the 30's. Am I crazy, or is that closer than we all think?? I talk to some older folks who were involved with the market back then, and they all say that this was the market we had prior to that crash. The wisdom of these folks is hard to find anymore. History will repeat itself. No wonder you are a short. It is the only true guarantee this market has to offer. In other words, it is guaranteed that this market will "crash". It's just a matter of when. So is anybody working on this that you know of?? Are you doing anything besides just talking about it?? I would be curious to know how this will come to a head. And who you think will be responsible for ending the party. I don't think the SEC has any real control of the big picture. They are just tinkering around with the little peices, and all the while the big problem just keeps getting bigger. They are already over-run with so many of the little things, that I don't think they even have anyone watching what is really going on, or it is, like I said, so far gone that they can't control it anymore. That is a little scary when you think that every game has to have some sort of referee. This game doesn't have one anymore. And we now have a situation like, "when the cat's away, the mice will play". And something is going to get broken. My respects.
These are just my opinions. I'm thinking of using daytrader mentality from now on. Or just joining your site and staying short at all times. This coming from a guy that just said the market would be at 20,000 by 2010 less than a week ago. I don't beleive that will be the case anymore. For the record, I think we will have a different kind of market by then, or no market at all.
