TO EVERYONE re: OT POSTS. One of the reasons this thread came into existence was because an earlier Bob Brinker thread degenerated into a lot of heated political discussion along with inflammatory posts concerning Bob Brinker. During the peak of last year's political events this board started deteriorating over arguments about Clinton etc. until Justa finally had to ban discussion of Clinton as well as other inflammatory political issues that would cause a lot of angry people but have little to do with Bob Brinker and investing. I think you can imagine most people here are very opinionated and have strong views on a lot of things but are restraining themselves from expressing them in order to not detract from the mission and quality of the thread here. Attempts to intervene against child labor e.g. is a complex and emotional issue for which good points can and have already been made for both sides but based on the history here discussion of this and other political or moral issues can open up a Pandora's box which will again turn this thread into something it is not meant to be and these issues can be discussed in thousands of places on the internet including the old Bob Brinker thread from which this emerged from in order to be a high quality focused thread to discuss Bob Brinker and the markets. This plea is not aimed at anyone in particular but just asking to please restrain this stuff before it gets out of hand. Thanks Marc
