New to this board but not to this stock. A RS is certainly a possibility for any BB stock with a huge number of outstanding shares who want to get listed on NASDAQ. If this is true, I am a concerned that Mr. Beagleman would decide to share this information with an individual investor. I'm not sure that the SEC would think this was very fair to the hundreds of other investors in this company. Are you getting your information from Mr. Beagleman over the phone or via e-mail? In post # 2810, you stated that "Joel informed me" that they would not file for NASDAQ listing until December and "at that time they would determine anything about potential for reverse split (if necessary)". Did he inform you of this over the phone in person or via e-mail? Later that night, in post 2854, you stated that you only received one e-mail from Mr. Beagleman. Did that e-mail contain the info in post 2810? Then a little later that night in post 2880, you stated that there was actually only ONE e-mail you received from the company but that it was "unsolicited". Then in post 3705, you psoted more information from Mr. Beagleman. Was this over the phone or via e-mail? Finally, tonight in post 3723, you posted that "He verified that there WOULD be doing a reverse split ...". Has he changed his mind about a reverse split over the last 5 days? What about the statement about December in post 2810? Since you seem to have been communicating a lot with Mr Beagleman recently, what is your gut feeling about his credibility? Please clarify.
