From the shareholders meeting that was held in September.... They are also voting on a Board of Directors. ragingbull.com but alas, the BODs voted for must be revised by now. As this vote most likely yielded Dave Williams' name on the list. I believe I posted that list a few days ago. The one with Dave Williams' name on it.

Information he disagreed with but has since been shown to be accurate and forthright. hahahahaha..
