It is a scam in that it is not what it is presenting itself to be. The IPOs are not IPOs. The press releases are misleading and bordering on false. The company is run by known stock swindlers. The company has no SEC filings. The company is an OTCBB reverse-merger Do you really need anything else? Surely, someone as "savvy" as yourself would be able to see a non-reporting OTCBB reverse merger POS for what it really is. BTW, there is no such thing as a "legal corporation" all corporations are "legal entities" by definition. Silly Tout! Buyer Beware!
