Ya know what they say,,live by the pump, die by the dump..DD (and never, ever own a stock with an ongoing floorless convertible--especially a drawdown type,IMO-at least wait until the bandits are done raping, pillaging and plundering,at which point it is to their advantage to see the price appreciate)

Bald Eagle, I salute Ditchdigger for his patience and you for the apology. I have received a number of PM expressing similar thoughts, but it is nice to see a "Mae Culpa" in public. We all make mistakes in the market, the important thing is to preserve capital and recognize the mistake as fast as possible. A lot of people in this situation do the "averaging down" trick, but one should realize that the process of "averaging down" concentrates, by default, a lot of losers in one's portofolio, since more and more money goes into the downtrending stocks. It is a very bad investment practice for single stock. It is a good practice for investments in funds based on averages, but even then, if you meet a severe bear market, you must be disciplined and continue the process through the through, and continue and average up as well.

>>did any of your attackers ever apologize<<

I did by a PM. Fact is, if I had listened to him and sold at .48 I would have actually made money. Now wow big time loss.

You were right Ditch. I apologize.
