Ditchdigger - <<Ya know what they say,,live by the pump, die by the dump..DD (and never own a stock with an ongoing floorless convertible--especially a drawdown type,IMO-at least wait until the bandits are done raping, pillaging and plundering)>>

What impact do you think the PP [(assuming that a maximum of $ 5.2 million of the PP is used) will have on (1) share price of TSIG and (2) outstanding shares ?] Please present your answer in an analytical manner giving two scenarios (ensuring that you factor in the amount of the PP that has already been converted).

(a) There is a CAP in # shares registered for the PP
(b) There is no CAP in # shares registered for the PP

Regards,

Phil

Here is a quote from the RB thread, which IMO sums up one of the misconceptions.."Now if alot of the PP holders are shorting we
will just have to wait until they cover to move up big time." The poster fails to understand that, if the deb holders are short,,they will not have to come into the open market to purchase shares to cover. They would simply convert the debs, which they have margined against, and cover with the newly issued shares. So you see, you get the downward effect of the short selling(if it exists),but you don't get the upward pressure from covering do to the conversion of the debs and issuance of stock......DD

>>at least wait until the bandits are done raping, pillaging and plundering,at which point it is to their advantage to see the price appreciate<<

When do you see this time for TSIG? JC

Regarding gross profit projections. Projections by their very essence are fraught with inaccuracy. Trying to predict the behavior of human beings is difficult under the best of circumstances. Because this is a new company and there is no relevant track record from the previous year, these projections are practically guaranteed to be wrong! They are offered as a basis for discussion. I will make every effort to respond to every specific public challenge of the projections. What I will not do is respond to general dismissals of the projections by people who have not read the posts and who have made no effort to understand them. NetTaxi was revised after Sword presented new information. I will revise any and all others if presented with the evidence that requires such revision. If anybody truly thinks this is "pump and dump," I would suggest those individuals take a few moments to think about that charge and reconsider. Regards, Suzanne
