Marty, "Why launch more.."

This is an interesting topic for trying to read between the lines.

Since the satellites are already built and ready to launch, the rocket ready and on schedule to launch, we can ask the question "What else are they (Iridium, Motorola, etc.) going to do with the satellites?" I don't know about the launch contract, but I'd guess that there would be substantial, if not full, cost if Iridium backed out. Maybe they just figured, What do they have to lose?

I'd be interested in any other views,
