Smithy, we are going to be treated to some new material, courtesy of... Alpine Sloth on RB, who sent it to the Bashers' Camp. Sloth, believed to be a disgruntled ex-employee of International Assets Management is posting on RB and has made it his life crusade of attempting to destroy IAM and B. Cragun, besides attacking ZSUN. You are going to hear about Reg S shares and other rubbish they are trying to dig up in a Lawyer's office in Tortola. The fact of the matter, is that ZSUN begun operating under its present form upon the acquisition of Momentum Asia and Momentum Internet in mid October 1998 and since that time no Reg S shares were issued. Of course, ZSUN is not IAM or Bestway but you can be assured that the Bashers will try to tie them together for their bashing purposes, so prepare to have lots of fun next week... Regards, F.
