Hi Mike, Thanks for bringing the mPHASE product line to the board for scrutiny. You note GTE is testing VDSL. They've been doing this for the past four years, it seems, since their earlier trials in their broadband labs in Waltham, MA and in Richardson, Texas, I believe the locations were. Someone correct this if I am mistaken. There is some interesting discussion on the recent BLS offering of FTTC. It's in the ATHM thread, if you care to join in. Later, Frank Coluccio

Hi Mike, More DD on mPhase (XDSL:BB:OTC) I went snooping at the Hart Telephone site and found out what the office hours are and when a bill becomes overdue. Also found out they have some specials available until April 30, 1999. Things like call waiting, call forwarding and such like. But, I'll be dangged if I could see annathin 'bout TV coming in to ma house througha dadgum phone line. What a perkulear notion. XDSL Yahoo Profile: Last financial update 3/31/98, apparently having only 6 employees is somewhat of a handicap on keepin' books. At the time had $40,000 in the bank and a payroll to meet and no paying customers, ya da di ya da. Looks like a rokkit to me Mike. Wonder if it might have some of Boeing's recent perkulear luck at launching. Another xDSL flavor for the sake of completing our tour of the Southeast: paradyne.com TTBOMK, Paradyne is in the CAP camp rather than the DMT division. Best, Ry
