Jay, Personally I would like to see Dunovant resign from NCT. And in fact I personally asked him to do so yesterday. He already has his stock deal with them. Either Cliff Bream or Joe Morgan with their major company background can easily carry the ball from here.

The reason I and some of my partners have asked Roger to resign is because we want him as CEO for another internet startup that we have put together. He took this company from just a shell in about 5 months to what should be a major internet company. He is the hardest working and most productive CEO that I have ever seen. Sorry, our new Company is not, nor will it be an RTO. It will be an IPO. But I will be happy to let you know when it is ready to come out.
