CB, exactly the same point I brought up last Friday here.

As far as I know, other than Jacalyn's post immediately after her talk with Lehman's saying they confirmed it, I know of no other documentation that shows it. No XSNI on their press releases either. In any event and for what its worth, here is her post. Jeff

CB,the following is a post I found on the hemscott board from Michael Langdon relating XSNI to X-Stream. Of course, if you believe Jacalyn's conspiracy theory then this is useless. Jeff

The X-Stream Network Inc (XSNI) will probably go for an IPO later this summer but this is not definite.

As a Mega Com shareholder myself (now XSNI) I have been in regular contact with the Chairman and a recent circular said that Lehman Brothers were undergoing a strategic review of options to raise capital with the possibility of an IPO on Nasdaq.

When one does a search on Yahoo under the stock sybmol XSNI a price is given for them at about $1 per share which I'm really confused about as stockbrokers I speak to won't deal in the shares which are listed on the OTC BB in the USA.

As of last week XSNI had about 280,000 active users and advertising revenues are very good.

The free 0800 number access at weekends in March was an absolute for me but at least the company is prepared to try things out.

The other night I logged on at 12.04am for more free 0800 access and it was brilliant.

Cheers
Mike
