Jeffrey D - I posted immediately after talking that in part "XSNI is trading on the OTCBB and it does indicate that XSNI is xstream; that no filings are made to date with the SEC - the broker/barrister can't divulge any insider information nor verify any "rumours" or other information." I did not say that XSNI IS certainly xstream - it indicates it is xstream - there is NO nor was there ANY confirmation. That Lehmans handles XSNI - they handled the call regarding XSNI - my call and when I proved it up that XSNI was Mr. Manning/xstream UK BECAUSE MANNING TOLD ME. Look, I am not here to babysit you nor is anyone else - you make decisions you live with them. I have asked appropriate authorities to inquire and if I am wrong, which for your sake and that of may others I hope I am, well then you make out huge and I don't care what you think of me. My conscience is what I go by and I hope you do not live by my conscience. that you have one of your own. Jacalyn

Jeffrey D - Look, instead of all the guessing and hoping why don't you just call the numbers yourself and post what they tell you. I provided everything - if you have a gripe call them and find out where I am wrong and post facts. That I had time to reflect upon the conversations and reread all the posts, documents and relavant materials and put them together in a comprehensive sequence - don't blame me if you don't like what I came up with. I said from the beginning I would post this regardless of what comes out. You think I like losing money? Get a life, Jacalyn

Before I come to a conclusion I like to know all of the facts.Unfortunately their are not many facts.When the facts are lacking one concludes a credibility problem.This is where the problem is for me.I will continue holding my shares although I must admit I had written this one off immediately after purchase.Their is just too much confusion and not enough information leading me to believe someone or some group is attempting to hide the facts.This is the most logical approach I can use.Lets hope this works out.
