They developed the idea of this free internet before everyone else. They managed to structure a company and get some initial investment(the private offering) based on a primary business plan. This company then applied for a listing on the otc. This company did not manage to get a listing for many good reasons i assume. They needed a way to continue. Here lies a shell Mega Comp who owns a isp and a search engine(god). They did previosly have a listing and the important people in the company, lets call them "the lawyers", thought that by merging with this mega would eventually get them some liquidity. Then came the internet boom. Two years ago this wasn't worth as much as it is today, the idea, that is. The company did not fully understand what they had but eventually realized. Hey they could now go for an ipo, but whoops it started trading on the otc. The "lawyers" said they filled the wrong papers, but they lied as lawyers do. Honestly when they filed, they did not know what they were dealing with and thought the best they could get was a otc listing. Also, for all the questions as to XSNI being the symbol of the X-stream Network inc. It is you dumb dumms. I personally and a lot of people i know have been sharesholders for two years, and the fact that you guys on SI continuously argue this fact is amusing. let me continue. Mega com then decided to change their name to The X-stream Network Inc. a better name i agree and then in turn changed their symbol from ACOM to XSNI. As for the so called ipo. I do believe that Lehman are looking at it seriously, however it would be Lehman New York and not London, this is a hunch. However to those of you who think investment bankers are going to reveal something to you folks i highly doubt it. They are smarter than you think. Why do you think this is a scam? Ignore all the rumours and everything else. If freeserve could get a ipo of 2B pounds or whatever. Think in your heads, X-stream having 1/3 the customers but a much better business model, why ofcourse they could get an ipo. I have been reading the threads on si, clearstation, yahoo, hemscott and this one for a month and a half. But it seems that lately something really weired has been going on, so i thought i would clear it up. By the way Jacalyn if you ever read this. I really enjoyed reading your posts for the past month and hope that you will keep a bit more than 10 shares so you continue researching this company more and more. I don't know what happened to you in the last three days but, i think you thought that if anyone is gonna know what the deal is with x-s it is gonna be lehmen london. You probably ran into a dumm dumm who had no clue about it. And got really scared.
