Hello everyone,
I have been looking for Victorian reproduction clothes - as my daughter and I have joined a heritage society which is preserving a fine Victorian estate in our area. I need to outfit myself in period clothes (1850's-1900). I have looked on the net- and have not found anything I really like. What I would really like is a nice dress, or a lawn shirt and skirt. If any of you has any experience with period costumers you can recommend, or knows someone who knows something about period costumers- I would love to hear from you.
Thanks

X

<<I forgot about Michael Connelly. He's a good read. "Concrete Blonde" and so forth. >>

Been there, read that. My friend's wife reads the same authors I do and we trade so some conferring is required before a trip to B&N to keep from having multiple copies.

"When she was bad" is a very good read. I forgot the author, the rest of his stuff was garbage.
