I've requested clarification from the company about the exact relationship between PABN and WebWyz. When they answer I'll let everyone know what they say. In the meantime, the above quote (which you said does not exist) looks like an acquisition to me. If it is not, then so be it. If this relationship was so clear to you regarding their acquisition why do you feel the need to ask for clarification now? You've been professing for months that WebWyz, Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of PABN. Could this yet be another fine example of you shooting your mouth off with no supporting evidence to back it up? When they answer I'll let everyone know what they say. And until such time, you will refrain from further claiming that they are a subsidiary of PABN, right?
