scott...re: "michael dell will be speaking" other then the "watch this space carefully" refrain that meredith used last week, what did "mikey" say??? did i miss something...meanwhile armstrong denying rumors that t may merge with aol, and a new e-commerce standard to be developed by ibm cpq aol sunw(backed by visa,amex,and mc)....and aol and gte ran test in florida that aol can be delivered over cable, and gtw introduced a new one piece cpu with 15"lcd screen aimed at business and high end consumer, and last week balmer stated that the pc far from dead, msft delivering msn to wireless devices....of course none of the aforementioned helped any stocks on a day like today.....so indulge me, did i miss some "new" announcement?
