But surely somebody is working that market Absolutely. Komatsu, Lambda Physik, and Ushio would all dearly love to have a piece of Cymer's pie. Cymer just isn't going to give it up easily. Akins was asked several questions at the annual meeting about diversifying. His general answer, without ruling anything out, was that they didn't want to lose focus and lose market share. This is good, and it shows in their market share, R&D, product specs, etc. Jay
