The "~" in that chart indicates an unknown number rather than an insignificant number. It's impossible to know how much of the remaining 25% is accounted for by Taiwan Semi and United Semi. You and Skeeter have fun working it out. :-)

carl, thanks for clarifying my misread. i'm not convinced that all "others" are not very big companies with govt support, but some surely are. my spec would be that a small % of that 25% are truly "mom and pop" shops.

that is just a guess.
