Did I miss something. This should be very good for CHKP.

I have always wondered how a Symantic and CHKP merger would work.

The SYMC news is great for both companies and puts added pressure on NETA. NETA will have worse #'s than what they led the street to beleive earlier. Both SYMC and CHKP appear to be taking market share.

SYMC has very good ties with IBM (with their acquisition of IBM's virus product line).

So CHKP might have to weather one more storm when NETA announces earnings for the quarter.
