My concern is that your law suit will not accomplish anything other than delay the deal or kill it. I would not want to wait until November to get what I could have had in July. If on the other hand the merger falls through, where does that leave us? The stock will drop below $4 and we will still have the same lying bastards running the company that tried to screw us in the first place. I don't like this deal, but it is beginning to look like the best offer we are going to get. Bruce
