That isn't enough.

It isn't good to starve. That doesn't help you in the long run. Eating a healthy diet loaded with fruits and veggies, will bring your body to the weight it is comfortable with. Eating too small portions doesn't train your body correctly. The minute you eat a normal meal, your body goes into hyperdrive not knowing what to do with the extra stuff.

East sensibly. Oatmeal with the yogurt for example. Maybe some V8 juice. Have a salad and some fruit for lunch. Chicken is good too as well as some Turkey.

I hope you weren't serious!
