<bargainman - OK, so let me recap again> While I can appreciate the normal price moves and risks associated with investing, CMGI has not demonstrated the behavior normally associated with a companies concern for the well-being of it's share holders. You might counter by saying the their business is not share holder protection but startup capital management. I would agree if CMGI were a privately held company but, they are not. Therefore I contend that they should have pre-announced earnings and that they should have considered the .30 vs .17 (street expected) loss more carefully in this perceived rate scare climate. IMO we will probably see mid sixties on the stock. When I talk class action it's not personal but just business. Let there books be opened, if their books are in order and the court decides they have acted in the best interest of their shareholders then they don't have a problem.
